Quality Assurance Analysis Coordinator

Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Quality Assurance Analysis Coordinator to join our Quality Assurance team. The Quality Assurance Analysis Coordinator will be managing analysis databases, ad hoc projects and administrative tasks. We are looking for someone who can effectively communicate in a positive and professional manner with both internal and external parties.

Your Tasks

Coordination and completion of tasks as per the QA manual such as:

• Organising the analysis of food and near food products
• Liaising with suppliers and service providers
• Processing analysis reports
• Actioning product withdrawals
• Processing analysis invoices for payment
• Managing supplier contacts
• Processing customer complaints
• Completion of projects assigned to the Quality Assurance department

Your Profile

• Third-level degree in a relevant discipline is required (i.e. Food Science, Quality Management, Science)
• Highly organised and able to work to tight deadlines
• Excellent administration skills with attention to detail
• Works well under pressure
• Confident and excellent communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Conversational German and full driving licence are beneficial but not essential
