The Birmingham office of Dentons Sirote is seeking a mid-level associate with excellent academic credentials and 3-5 years of experience to join our growing Real Estate and Corporate practice group. The person hired for this position will work closely with our shareholders to assume such responsibilities as:

• Working on a broad range of complex transactional matters related to commercial real estate
• Contributing to the coordination and execution of successful commercial real estate transactions including closings
• Performing due diligence
• Providing legal analysis in documents related to commercial real estate development and construction
