Description:

We are currently recruiting for the role of Receptionist, on behalf of a brilliant Aviation Leasing company. Initially a 6 month FTC, with potential to become Permanent. Office based in Dublin City Centre. This role offers a multitude of additional benefits, from day one.

Responsibilities:

  • Acting as first point of contact for company
  • Answering and forwarding phone calls
  • Responding to a variety of correspondence
  • Meeting and greeting clients
  • Booking meetings
  • Arranging couriers
  • Sorting and distributing post
  • General admin and adhoc duties

Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar role, preferable within the Financial Services industry
  • Proficient with Microsoft and Outlook
  • Highly organised and efficient
  • Keen communication skills
