Davey Davey is now looking for the ideal candidate to join our team.

This detail-oriented team player will be the first point of contact for guests at the salon, greeting them in a polite and well-spoken manner. You will also be assigned duties as required i.e.Making appointments for our team, organization of inbound and outbound mail, administrative work, and general support over our team. 

Responsibilities

  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Distribute mail
  • Act as the first point of contact for visitors
  • Coordinating all bookings & inquiries and maintaining front of the house.
  • This role will find you reporting directly to the owners and senior management.
  • Be responsible for the day-to-day running of the business i.e. cash management, occasionally stock ordering.
  • Make sure Register is completed, gowns organized, check appointment book, Staff hours and breaks are accurately programmed into the computer. Desk cleared of unnecessary items.
  • Comply with salons visual standard.
  • The role will evolve over time and you will be required to introduce new ideas, implement a strategic direction & execute all strategies.
  • The marketing and social media content for the salon.
  • Identify our target market, and introduce new business.
