Description:
Our client based in South Dublin are looking to recruit a Receptionist/Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis, Salary for this position is €25,000 -26,000.
Duties and Responsibilities will include:
Front of House Reception:
- Switchboard management, transferring calls and dealing with simple enquiries
- First point of contact for office visitors and suppliers
- Arranging meetings and booking conference rooms
- Booking couriers and managing inbound and outbound post
- Inputting documents and correspondence into company package
- Ordering supplies (stationery, PPE, printer consumables, kitchen supplies etc)
- Coordinating maintenance visits and repairs for office equipment
- Printing, scanning and binding documents and reports when required
Administration :
- Creating new enquiry/project records
- Typing up and issuing of project documentation – letters, emails, reports etc when required
- Supporting ISO/Quality and H&S Team with audit preparations
- Provide support with project submissions, tenders, and planning applications
- Ensure any documentation is filed correctly into DMS as per company policy
- Maintain up to date records of office attendance (Covid tracing)
- Provide basic admin assistance to accounts team when necessary
- Ad hoc duties as required
The successful candidate should have:
- 1-2 years’ experience in similar position
- Proficient with MS Office Suite
- Professional phone manner
- Attention to detail is crucial
- Capable of working to deadlines
- Excellent time management skills and able to prioritise tasks
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
