Receptionist

 

Description:

Our client based in South Dublin are looking to recruit a Receptionist/Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis, Salary for this position is €25,000 -26,000.

Duties and Responsibilities will include:

Front of House Reception:

  • Switchboard management, transferring calls and dealing with simple enquiries
  • First point of contact for office visitors and suppliers
  • Arranging meetings and booking conference rooms
  • Booking couriers and managing inbound and outbound post
  • Inputting documents and correspondence into company package
  • Ordering supplies (stationery, PPE, printer consumables, kitchen supplies etc)
  • Coordinating maintenance visits and repairs for office equipment
  • Printing, scanning and binding documents and reports when required

 

 

Administration :

  • Creating new enquiry/project records
  • Typing up and issuing of project documentation – letters, emails, reports etc when required
  • Supporting ISO/Quality and H&S Team with audit preparations
  • Provide support with project submissions, tenders, and planning applications
  • Ensure any documentation is filed correctly into DMS as per company policy
  • Maintain up to date records of office attendance (Covid tracing)
  • Provide basic admin assistance to accounts team when necessary
  • Ad hoc duties as required

 

 

The successful candidate should have:

  • 1-2 years’ experience in similar position
  • Proficient with MS Office Suite
  • Professional phone manner
  • Attention to detail is crucial
  • Capable of working to deadlines
  • Excellent time management skills and able to prioritise tasks
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
