Receptionist

 

Description:

Reporting to the Executive Assistant, this role involves ensuring that the administrative needs of the business are met.

 

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

 

  • Warmly greet visitors.
  • Book meetings for internal and external purposes.
  • Receive and distribute daily post, and manage outgoing mail.
  • Screen, answer, and forward telephone calls.
  • Keep the reception area neat and tidy.
  • Complete daily and weekly reports as necessary.
  • Cover for the Executive Assistant during periods of annual leave.
  • Manage files through our internal HR system, including supporting the offboarding process and maintaining accurate records.
  • Support the induction process for new staff, including assistance with recruitment.
  • Manage the internal security system for building access.
  • Oversee the stationery order across two offices and for field staff.
  • Perform any other necessary administrative tasks.

 

What You Bring to the Team

 

  • Strong IT skills, particularly in Word and Excel.
  • Excellent typing speed.
  • Highly professional, presentable, and personable as the first point of contact with clients
