Duties
- Covering Reception - Answering Phones, Greeting Visitors, etc
- Dealing with all couriers and visitors to the office.
- Answer and redirect all incoming calls
- Monitor the central company inbox and distribute or respond to emails as appropriate
- Sorting all incoming and outgoing post
- General Admin and filing
- Organise Travel arrangements (flights, hotels, etc)
- Logging employees' activities on CRM system
- Taking sales orders from emails and phone calls and putting them on internal system
- Emailing Pro forma invoices
- Liaise with production department to organise couriers daily
- Arranging couriers for International Delivery
- Creating Purchase Orders
Experience
- Ideal candidate will have 3-5 years reception experience, be client focussed, enthusiastic and highly
- The right person for this role will be engaging with excellent people skills
- Excellent PC skills and attention to detail required
- Friendly and flexible approach and ability to work on your own initiative
