Duties

  • Covering Reception - Answering Phones, Greeting Visitors, etc
  • Dealing with all couriers and visitors to the office.
  • Answer and redirect all incoming calls
  • Monitor the central company inbox and distribute or respond to emails as appropriate
  • Sorting all incoming and outgoing post
  • General Admin and filing
  • Organise Travel arrangements (flights, hotels, etc)
  • Logging employees' activities on CRM system
  • Taking sales orders from emails and phone calls and putting them on internal system
  • Emailing Pro forma invoices
  • Liaise with production department to organise couriers daily
  • Arranging couriers for International Delivery
  • Creating Purchase Orders

Experience

  • Ideal candidate will have 3-5 years reception experience, be client focussed, enthusiastic and highly
  • The right person for this role will be engaging with excellent people skills
  • Excellent PC skills and attention to detail required
  • Friendly and flexible approach and ability to work on your own initiative
