On successful hire, your duties and responsibilities will include:

- Manage the Recruitment Process: Oversee the recruitment journey from sourcing to offer stage.
- Develop Client Relationships: Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring top-notch service.
- Grow Your Network: Expand and nurture your candidate and client connections.
- Ensure Efficiency: Make sure hiring timelines and other service level agreements (SLAs) are met.
- Collaborate as a Team: Work with the wider team to achieve company goals collectively.
To be considered for interview your skills and experience will include:
- Native English speaker with full visa status to live and work in Ireland.
- Experience: Over 2 years of commercial experience in client services or sales.
- Drive: Ambitious self-starter with high personal standards.
- Curiosity: Inquisitive mind with the ability to listen actively.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional presentation and communication abilities.
- Commitment: Availability to work 3 days a week in our city center office in Dublin.
