Your Impact

• Support the team in generating ideas for scouting world-leading talent
• Lead, develop, and inspire your team of talent coordinators; driving consistency and load-balancing work
• Set team performance goals and metrics, timelines and a formal tracking process to measure and manage progress
• Prepare reports on all hiring metrics for internal stakeholders
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs
• Oversee the candidate experience end-to-end by analyzing post-interview surveys; make recommendations for improvements
• Assist with interview coordination if needed, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience
• Ad hoc recruiting projects.
