Recruitment Business Partner

Description:

The Recruitment Business Partner will be responsible for hiring across all Aon Ireland solutions lines, partnering with Human Resorces Business Parners and the hiring managers to deliver an effective and inclusive recruitment and onboarding process. The role has full ownership of the end-to-end resourcing process, with a key focus on sourcing, improving the candidate screening and quality, reducing cost and identifying opportunities for further resourcing process efficiencies.

Skills And Experience That Will Lead To Success
 

• Extensive in-house recruitment experience in a regulated financial services company or a professional services firm
• Track record of progressive, value add recruitment experience with extensive sourcing expertise and a proven track record of head hunting
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a passion for providing a positive candidate experience
• Impeccable attention to detail with excellent communication skills
• Working knowledge of Workday and/or use of an Applicant Tracking System
