Description:

The Talent Discovery team within Global Talent Acquisition supports Mastercard’s employer branding and recruitment efforts by attracting and engaging best-in-class candidates to join the Mastercard Talent Community. This includes designing and executing global and regional recruitment campaigns, managing the talent acquisition CRM platform, and tracking and reporting key talent sourcing metrics.

Role
This key role has three primary focus areas:
1) Events – Planning and execution of virtual and in-person recruitment events, including promotion and communications, stakeholder management and engagement, and reporting
2) Social Media & Email Campaigns – Support the design and curation of content for recruitment marketing campaigns in line with Mastercard’s branding guidelines
3) Talent Sourcing & Engagement – One-on-one and mass outreach to top tier prospective candidates for select high-priority campaigns and/or hard-to-fill roles

Responsibilities
Partner with global and regional recruiters, hiring managers, and executives to drive world class talent to apply to jobs at Mastercard. Specific functional responsibilities include:

  • Creating talent forms and/or webpages on the Mastercard Careers site to engage prospective candidates and collect key employment details
  • Partnering with Employer Branding to promote strategic initiatives, specifically around diversity, equity and inclusion hiring
  • Developing social media creatives and content to drive job applications and hires
  • Collecting and curating employee stories for global talent community newsletters
  • Coordinating, promoting, and/or moderating virtual and in-person recruitment events
  • Adhering to Mastercard’s global branding guidelines, while innovating new ideas to engage talent
  • Supporting business teams by executing outbound communications to prospects
  • Managing recruitment data hygiene across technology platforms to enable analytics and reporting

  • Experience in executing digital, social media and/or event marketing campaigns
  • Working knowledge of marketing or recruitment tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, HTML, CSS, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Hiretual) are a plus
