Exciting opportunities have arisen within the Human Resources Team of St Michael’s House. These are unique opportunities for experienced HR/Recruitment Professionals who are results driven, energetic, and passionate about employee on boarding experience. Reporting to the Director of HR&OD, the post holders will will work closely with the Resourcing Manager as part of the Human Resources team to co-ordinate recruitment activity and carry out recruitment administration, ensuring compliance with standards, policies, best practice and employment legislation.

  • Experience working with high volume recruitment campaigns.
  • Expert working knowledge & proficiency of software packages including: Microsoft Office/Word/Excel/PowerPoint
  • CIPD Accredited or willing to work towards a HR Qualification or relevant qualification i.e. Business degree.
  • Computer/Administration qualification in a related field or equivalent
  • Experience of managing recruitment competitions in line with public sector policy.
  • Experience of using softworks & Rezoomo
