Job Opportunity
RBK is currently seeking to hire a Recruitment Specialist to support our RBK internal
recruitment and our external client recruitment needs. The successful candidate will focus
on sourcing for a variety of roles across our Audit & Accounting, Tax, Business Advisory,
Consulting, Executive, Practice, Finance and Support functions for both our internal and
external clients.
Role Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain a full and active pipeline of talent for both internal and
external RBK clients and building and retaining a network of sources to attract and
assess candidates.
Manage the full recruitment cycle including candidate management and tracking,
preparing candidate’s profiles prior to sending to clients, including all administration,
compliance and reference checks.
Engage with clients and hiring partners to introduce top talent in a confidential
manner.
Utilise up-to-date best practice recruitment methods, in sourcing and placing
candidates.
Generate fees to meet revenue targets.
Proactively participate in business development and targeted advertising and
marketing campaigns on LinkedIn, job boards, social media etc.
Seek out market intelligence to gain a competitive advantage in attraction and
sourcing methodologies.
Ensure good relationships with existing and new clients and candidates.
Develop and maintain a Talent Management Software system.
Negotiate offers and terms of business.
Attend recruitment networking events.
Regular reporting to senior management regarding KPI’s and key account
performances.
