Responsibilities
- Identify, negotiate and onboard affiliates (KOLs), local communities, and trading groups with the aim of promoting the exchange and build credibility in the assigned regions.
- Partner with affiliates and Operations to come up with campaigns to drive user acquisition, promote trading volume growth and build loyalty.
- Consistently monitor returns on investments (ROI) and target to convert first-time traders to regular traders.
- Regular gathering of users and affiliates' pain points, contribute recommendations and ideas to Business Development, Product and Operations for product and user experience improvement.
- Evaluate and optimize partnership deals to improve profitability and revenue contribution of your region.
Requirements
- Relevant business development experience in the crypto industry with an established network of KOLs, local communities, trader groups.
- Direct experience working for an exchange or promoting an exchange.
- Proven track record in trading volume growth and contributions.
- Solid knowledge of different financial derivatives is a plus.
- Strong communication skills in both English and local language(s) in your region.
