Are you passionate about driving regional development and attracting foreign direct investment (FDI) to the North-West region of Ireland? IDA Ireland, the national agency responsible for promoting FDI, is seeking a dedicated and proactive Regional Executive to support the delivery of our regional targets and strategies.

As a Regional Executive, you will play a vital role in marketing the North-West region as an attractive destination for FDI, collaborating with stakeholders, and facilitating investment opportunities. Your efforts will directly contribute to job creation, economic growth, and the overall development of the region.

• Drive project delivery aligned with IDA Ireland's regional targets and strategy for the North-West region.
• Actively market the region to IDA Global Teams, promoting it as a prime location for new FDI investments.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop compelling marketing value propositions and itineraries to maximize investment opportunities.
• Coordinate and manage visiting itineraries and e-site visits to business locations within the region.
• Provide start-up assistance and support to new client companies establishing operations in the region.
• Assist the Regional Manager in addressing challenges faced by existing and potential clients.
• Contribute to the implementation of the DETE Regional Enterprise Action Plan for the Region.
• Build a robust business ecosystem through networking and relationship-building with regional and national stakeholders.

Requirements

• A relevant Level 8 third-level business/sector-related degree recognized on the National Qualification Framework.
• Willingness to travel domestically, work flexible hours, and across different regions regularly.
• Possess a full driving license.
