We are looking for a motivated colleague, who is excited by the opportunity to be a key factor in developing the Irish market from our future office in Dublin. Furthermore, a person who is eager to drive digitization in the construction industry on a broad front and who is genuinely interested in providing our clients with an excellent Dalux experience. As our new Regional Manager, you will be responsible for the establishment and development of our product portfolio in Ireland. In consultation with our Managing Director in Copenhagen you can organize your workday independently.

The role as Regional Manager:

• You are actively responsible for choosing and setting up a new office in Dublin.
• You support new and existing clients in using and understanding our Software products and BIM tools.
• You support new clients in the implementation phase, and train them in the entire product portfolio: Dalux Box, Dalux Field, Dalux FM.
• You support clients online and assist them with technical- or functional support.
• You attend seminars, trade fairs and client meetings to spread the Dalux brand further and to increase income.
• If necessary, you contact the Copenhagen head office for specific product knowledge, feature development and support.

We imagine that you have a bachelor’s or master's degree within engineering, business development, or related areas. Knowledge of the construction industry is a prerequisite. Furthermore, it's a requirement to speak English on a native level. Being fluent in Irish is an advantage. Following qualifications are considered a big advantage:

• Experience from life on a construction site and with digital tools such as BIM.
• Understanding and guidance of clients.
• Exceptional ability to networking and building relationships.
• Strong communication skills.
