Description:
Our client is looking for a Regional Sales Manager who will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with authorised resellers, distributors, installation contractors, and other key partners to drive sales and revenue through these channels.
Regional Sales Manager will work closely with the sales team and other departments to identify and capitalise on sales opportunities, and will be responsible for meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Responsibilities, duties and tasks:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with authorised resellers, distributors, installation contractors, and other key partners.
- Identify, pursue, and capitalise on sales opportunities through these channels.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets by managing and optimising channel sales performance.
- Collaborate effectively with the sales team, channel partners, and other departments to drive growth.
- Provide regular reports on sales activity, progress, and market intelligence to management.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes, and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies for the region to achieve sales goals.
- Attend trade shows, industry events, and networking opportunities to promote Loop's brand and identify potential partners.
- Provide training and support to resellers, distributors, and installation partners to ensure their success in selling EV charging solutions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute co-branded campaigns and promotions that effectively target the Pacific Northwest market.
Qualifications and experience:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably with a focus on channel sales management and business development.
- A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate with channel partners, customers, and management.
- Experience in the EV charging industry or related field is highly desirable.
- Strong organisational and time management skills to effectively manage multiple accounts and prioritise tasks.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals.
- Experience working with large-scale property owners and businesses is a plus.
