Regional Support Director

Description:

In this position you will be the main interface of the leasing community for all Satair material & logistics needs.

You will be accountable for Customer support & satisfaction, including Lessor CSIP, order escalation, Customer onboarding, support on order management, order book coordination covering all aspects including: quotations, order handling, follow-up, logistics arrangements, issue resolution and facilitating dispatch of material.

You will establish yourself as the local focal point for Dublin based & regional lessors and manage the relationship to both customers and regional stakeholders within Satair & Airbus Customer Services.

You will be the voice of the leasing community towards Satair & Airbus internal stakeholders and manage improvement activities to increase customers satisfaction and loyalty.
