Who should apply?

Candidate should be working in either Financial Reporting at a Manager/Senior Manager with the following:

• Extensive US GAAP experience
• Strong technical ability
• Commercial acumen with the ability to oversee financial reporting
• Be able to implement best in class policies and procedures to improve timelines and quality of service
• Ability to communicate with key internal and external stakeholders from finance and non finance

Role and Reporting Lines

Reporting to the CFO and running the day to day finance operations the, role will be very broad to include:

• Reporting - Preparation of quarterly management accounts, B/S recs, year-end accounts, liaising with auditors, and preparation of audited financial statements
• Ensuring reporting is in line with USGAAP filing 10K and 10Q in a timely manner
• Financial modelling, monthly projections and cashflow planning
• Compliance - Ensuring financial compliance across various structures
• Interpretation and application of financial standards
• Budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis
