Reservations Agent

Description:

We are currently looking to hire a Part-Time Reservations Agents to join our growing team at Oliver Dunne Restaurants. This involves evening, weekend and holiday cover & is based in our head office in Malahide.
We are seeking candidates who are Honest, Consistent and Passionate and who take pride in a job well done.

Role Requirements:

Operating a busy phone line of multiple Restaurants, dealing with all customers in the most professional, courteous & polite manner
Answering online restaurant reservations in an efficient & timely way
Responding to email enquiries & customer feedback daily
Creation of catering & function sheets weekly for communication with the F&B team
Work in conjunction with the team to achieve targets & goals set by Management
Adhering to all reservations rules/guidelines as set by the Reservations Manager
General admin duties as requested by Management
Key Attributes:
Excellent customer service skills
Fully flexible to work all shifts including evenings & weekends
Previous experience in a customer service position is preferable
Exceptional organizational skills
Fluency in the English language
Must be a team player with a ‘can-do’ attitude
Ability to handle pressure and busy periods
Part-time hours: 16 - 24 Hours
