A vacancy has arisen for the position of Head of SP Relationships in our Retail Distribution area, within Irish Life Investment Managers (ILIM).
You will be reporting to the Function Head. The purpose of this role is for maximising the commercial success of the SP Partnership for ILIM.
We are looking for someone who will manage and service the SP distribution relationship with an aim of meeting both the fiduciary and commercial needs of both SP and ILIM.
The Head of SP Relationships role will be Dublin based. We envisage the role will be in a hybrid environment with some days in the office and some remote. The role will provide an excellent opportunity for professional development and career enhancement.1. Lead and manage relationships (Sales and Management teams) within SP as required on behalf of ILIM.
2. Working with the client, drive, manage and support the design, marketing, positioning and sales of SP Fund suite developed by ILIM that targets SP customer base within the Irish Retail market.
3. Lead and support ILIM and SP sales strategy and drive idea generation regarding product messaging and deployment, traditional and digital campaigns, etc.
4. Support ILIM’s and SP various partners across allocated segments.
5. Grow and develop relationships within SP.
6. Develop and implement the ILIM strategy to position ILIM as the Investment House of choice within SP.
7. Keep abreast of market research and investment industry/market trends.1. Degree or higher in degree level qualification with either a CFA, MSc in Investment & Treasury, IMC, CIM or equivalent experience.
2. A mix of industry experience, including for example a senior role in investments as well as good operational knowledge and extensive experience in a client facing role, providing investment solutions or advice to clients.
3. Experience working with product positioning and advisors in a bank distribution channel.
4. Important to have experience presenting technical information to audiences with different levels of investment knowledge.
5. Experienced relationship builder and cultivator of internal and external networks across all levels of the organisation and distribution channels.
6. Provide counsel on strategy; develop and implement response communications.
7. Superior ability to deliver results to tight timelines in a fast-paced environment.
