This is a great job opportunity for any convenience or supermarket manager who feels they've outgrown their current stores or retail groups and wants to work in a more corporate retail environment, where there are endless opportunities to climb the rung of the ladder to Senior Store Manager level or Regional Management or maybe even franchise their own store.

The requirements for this Grocery Manager Job:
 

• Minimum 2 years experience in a fast-paced management position within a retail shop setting, convenience, supermarket, discount would be a distinct advantage
• Proficient using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word), proficient using EPOS systems to access financial data, store sales, analyse retail trends
• Experience in cash management, till management, and cash office would be an advantage but not essential.
• A clear communicator, confident in leading teams to achieve results, motivate and inspire your teams to reach new heights in their careers.
• Highly driven with a strong work ethic.
• Familiar and comfortable operating with budgets, KPIs and targets.
• Passion for grocery retail and working with the general public.
