Revenue Operations Analyst

Description:

Zendesk is seeking a Revenue Operations Analyst to join our EMEA Revenue Operations team. The successful candidate will be a self starter, able to run time and balance responsibilities in a dynamic, persistently evolving environment. The main objective of this role will be to support our sales organization in our Quote to Cash process to ensure deals align with our corporate strategies, are compliant, and meet our business goals.

• Support sales reps through the deal flow process and review each Service Order to ensure it conforms to finance audit reviews and revenue recognition policies

• Prepare non-standard and/or strategic deals for management review

• Guide Go-To-Market partners on non-standard deal structures, pricing models, and commercial terms

• Enable sales new hires on systems navigation and engagement models

• Provide ticketing support for all Sales, Billing, and Provisioning related issues from both internal and external customers

• Ensure the billing system and invoicing reflect accurate information for each customer according to contract terms

• Drive proactive communication with internal business partners such as Sales, Finance, Legal, Revenue Recognition, IT, and Sales management on any urgent orders or exceptions

• Develop strong partnership with the Revenue Recognition team

• Support ad-hoc reporting and projects focusing on process improvement and automation

• Flexibility with schedule due to end of month/quarter demands

• Strong communication and documentation skills

• Upbeat, dedicated, and determined to succeed

• Ability to work independently with your teams

• Experience with SaaS subscription billing model

• Solid understanding of basic accounting concepts and principles

• Analytical skills and experience with contract management

• Background working with G-Suite is an advantage

• Fluency in English is a must - Written and Spoken

• Experience with Salesforce (SFDC), Salesforce CPQ, Zuora and other CRM / ERP billing systems is a plus
