Revenue Operations Manager

Description:

• Serve as a business partner to the sales organization and support functions to facilitate complex deal processes
• Support the internal processes of our top deals and RFP pipeline, prioritizing strategic, high-value opportunities for the organization
• Collaborate cross-functionally across all areas of the business to accelerate deals
• Serve as an escalation point across stakeholders to identify friction points within sales processes and help move deals forward
• Optimize and manage a continuous deal pipeline by ensuring sales follows deal desk guidelines
• Drive deal acceleration through systematic deal monitoring and pro-actively review/vet deals in the sales pipeline
• Create and maintain standard documentation and improve governance
• Identify and present process improvement opportunities
• Serve as a subject matter expert for market processes, requirements, and process improvement opportunities to both sales and sales operations leadership
• Reduce friction between Sales & Cross Functional teams to accelerate deals
   

Job Requirements:

• Min. 5+ years of related business experience
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a complex organization
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to influence
• Requires an excellent understanding of standard business practices related to Revenue Operations processes and systems (SFDC, Pipeline & Forecast Management, Process Excellence)
• Can do mindset with the ability to execute on priorities
• Proficient in Excel & Power Point presentation skills
• Ability to manage end to end projects
• Ability to effectively work under pressure and to meet challenging targets
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build credible relationships across multiple functions
