  • Our Risk and Regulatory Consulting team are experienced in managing diverse risk issues including conduct risk, fraud & financial crime, regulatory compliance, data breaches, cyber-attacks, technology risk management, risk frameworks and modelling, capital efficiency, corporate governance and many more.
  • Our team has diversified educational background including Law, Economics, Business and further certifications such as CFA.
  • We are specifically interested in hearing from experienced Internal Audit, Risk or Compliance professionals working in various sectors or another professional services firm who have an interest in a Consulting role in KPMG.
  • Professional qualifications and proven experience in Internal Audit, Risk or Compliance roles
  • Experience in leading teams and managing multiple pieces of work / projects concurrently
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, drive, enthusiasm and commitment.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritise, at times, conflicting priorities
  • Good written and verbal communication and presentation skills, teamwork, and client relationship skills
  • A broad range of knowledge and understanding on wider commercial, business and economic issues
  • Experience of client-facing roles and experience in engaging with senior stakeholders in organisations
  • Experience in high quality delivery to tight timescales
  • Manage a portfolio of clients and lead the delivery of high-quality consulting advice and service to those clients
  • Design approaches, plan and manage the execution of successful engagements
  • Support activity to maximise revenue, deepen client relationships, reputation and added value at clients
  • Support Solution and Competency development considering innovative approaches to be able to design and execute propositions to support client challenges and issues
  • Manage and lead multiple teams across diverse engagements
  • Be a strong mentor to the team offering quality personal and professional development counselling, support and feedback
  • Be accountable for quality outcomes for client and in line with internal standards and requirements
