Your Role

As a Road Logistics Operator at Kuehne+Nagel, you'll be at the forefront of delivering seamless transportation solutions. From planning and coordinating trailer transport to fostering strong customer relationships, your expertise will drive operational excellence.

Your Responsibilities

• Offer timely and efficient solutions to customers, ensuring accurate and quality completion of all operational aspects.
• Develop and maintain excellent customer relationships, representing Kuehne+Nagel in a positive manner.
• Ensure department operates to "Best in Class" quality standards and actively seek continuous improvement.
• Adhere to Kuehne+Nagel's road logistics procedures and comply with health, safety, and GDP Pharma guidelines.
• Manage day-to-day operations, including customer interaction, customs clearance, invoicing, and administration duties.
• Plan and coordinate trailer transport and distribution within Ireland and Europe.
• Follow Good Distribution Practice for Pharma products and maintain adherence to relevant SOPs.
• Communicate and collaborate with carriers, hauliers, subcontractors, and overseas partners to optimize operational performance.
