Description:
Our client is seeking a proactive and energetic Sales Account Executive to aid in their European expansion. This position is part of a dynamic team within a leading tech division specializing in AI-driven solutions for industrial applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and streamline a scalable sales process from initial interest through to contract finalization and customer growth.
- Identify and connect with potential enterprise clients, building a strong sales pipeline, understanding their specific needs, and creating compelling business proposals and responses.
- Establish and nurture relationships with senior executives in both large enterprises and mid-sized companies.
- Deliver presentations to C-level executives, encompassing discovery sessions, product demos, and proposals.
- Keep up-to-date with market trends and competitor activities.
- Participate in industry events.
- Collaborate with software consultants for sales and presales support.
Qualifications and Skills:
- A driven individual with a passion for generating new business and aligning revenue strategies with company goals.
- Around 5+ years of experience in B2B/Enterprise SaaS sales, particularly in digital manufacturing, manufacturing operations, asset reliability, and connected worker solutions.
- Fluency in local language and English (additional languages are a plus).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets within the manufacturing industry (such as pharma, semiconductors, oil & gas) with an established network of C-level contacts.
- Experience in leading Industry 4.0 digital transformation sales efforts.
- Strong business acumen with a relevant degree preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to build high-performance sales processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Understanding of the role of AI in manufacturing.
