Your Daily Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute innovative sales and marketing strategies that drive revenue growth and enhance brand visibility.
- Identify and target new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, leveraging your skills to generate high-quality leads.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with potential clients, ensuring effective communication and understanding of their needs.
- Work closely with internal teams to facilitate smooth onboarding processes and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
- Monitor and report on sales metrics and performance against set targets, using your organizational skills to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
- Continuously refine sales strategies and try new tactics to stay ahead of competitors.
- Contribute to overall business development with the leadership team.
Required Skills And Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a sales role, ideally within a similar or larger agency.
- A track record of success in sales and marketing, with a focus on achieving results and hitting sales targets.
- Ability to develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies that drive revenue growth and increase brand awareness.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a hunger to drive sales and earn significant commissions.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly and effectively convey ideas and information to potential clients.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, and to negotiate effectively with them.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- High level of English proficiency (C2 level).
- Experience and proficiency with at least one CRM tool such as HubSpot, Pipedrive, Close.com, or SurgeChat.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and respond quickly to new opportunities and challenges.
- A passion for advertising and a commitment to staying up-to-date with industry developments.
