Description:
By delivering reliable data and facilitating smooth workflows, the Sales & Operations Assistant contributes directly to informed decision-making and the successful execution of our strategic objectives. This role is key in driving the performance of our activities across the Irish and Maltese markets and in supporting the achievement of our financial and operational targets.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Perform administrative tasks, including documentation management and data organisation.
- Support supply chain activities between Abacus Medicine Hungary and Pluripharm Ireland.
- Manage sales orders and dispatch documentation to facilitate inbound sales.
- Ensure operational alignment with best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Assist with sales administration, such as pricing communication and cross-order coordination.
- Identify and implement improvements to enhance operations across the Irish and Maltese markets.
- Compile data to support sales and operational decision-making.
- Prepare reports and performance overviews.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date internal databases.

We Imagine You Have
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent. Qualifications or experience in Supply Chain or Sales Support are desirable.
- Strong communication skills with fluency in English.
- Previous experience from an operational or administrative role is an advantage.
- Experience of data collection & reporting is an advantage.
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills, especially in Excel and Power Point.
- An eye for being detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy, high standards, and precise task management.
- Strong interest in business development within pharma, ensuring smooth operations to meet team and company goals.
- International mindset and interested in supporting the Irish and Maltese operations.
