Sales Associate Role: The successful candidate will be a point of contact for enquiries, sales prospects and customers. They will be someone with excellent communication and organisational skills and who enjoys engaging with people.

 

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Sales - Achieving established goals through superior product knowledge; Assess customers’ needs and provide assistance and information on product features; Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service; Follow up with customers and close selling lead referrals
  • Customer Relationship Management - Promote assistance by providing consistent, accurate information to customers; Build productive trust relationships with customers; Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance;
  • Sales Pipeline – Developing and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline to ensure targets are achieved;
  • Prospecting - Identify new potential community engagement opportunities; Identify business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.
  • KPI’s - Follow and achieve department’s sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis; Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarising information; Contribute to a team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Enquiry management - Answering and responding to prospect enquiries with strong product knowledge

 

Qualification:

A Bachelor’s Degree in a business/sales/marketing/health related role desirable.

 

Experience:

  • 2+ years sales experience
  • Practical experience with CRM system preferable but not required

  • Selling and negotiation skills
  • Interpersonal and communication skills
  • Logical analytical thinking and problem resolution skills
  • Organisational and planning skills
  • Understanding of sales principles, prospecting and customer service practices
  • A friendly personality with a customer service focus
  • Ability to perform and achieve results
