B2B Sales Executive (BDM and Account Management) Territory: Republic of Ireland Location: Within 1 hour of Dublin Schedule: 4 days per week visiting customers (occasional overnight stays) POSITION SUMMARY As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for growth and expansion of our product range produced in cooperation with Unilever. You will be selling these industrial cleaning products directly through Cash & Carry, DIY, garden centres and office-supply wholesalers across the entirety of the Republic of Ireland. Additionally, you have the possibility to sell your product range of Unilever Pro-Formula bundled together with other Diversey products and services through cooperation with the business development team and the Account Management team. Naturally, a bulk of your customers will be in Dublin and nearby, but you will probably need to visit Cork, Limerick and Galway regularly, as well as occasional visits to other location in the centre of Ireland. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Identifying new business opportunities, including new markets, new clients, new partnerships with a focus on wholesalers Creating strategies to successfully reach new business opportunities Building relationships with new clients, gauging their needs and developing proposals to address those needs (around 80% of your focus). Maintaining and developing relationships with current clients (20% of your focus). Pitching sales, presentations and products to new clients Attending conferences, events to build relationships with industry partners and staying up to date with new trends Building and implementing business plans and new business development funnels with partner distributors to drive mutually beneficial growth, and engage and drive distributor teams to implement these plans. KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED Full Irish Driving Licence (Essential). 3+ years in sales (retail, wholesale or telesales). Some first initial experience in B2B sales is preferred.
