SALES COORDINATOR
Due to continued growth an opportunity has arisen for a Sales Coordinator to become a part of our internal team.
Liaising and communicating directly with existing and new company clients - predominantly office based by email and telephone.
You will be responsible for being the first point of contact for all customers contacting SignsPlus.
Commensurate with experience
Key responsibilities:
· Answer telephone and email sales enquiries.
· Establish good working relationships with existing and new clients.
· Work up estimates and costings for projects to submit to clients
· Use Clarity Software to complete all quotations.
· Ensure all customers are responded to / acknowledged promptly.
· Follow up with potential clients to answer questions and provide additional information
· Follow up email campaigns as required
· Proactively request Google Reviews from satisfied customers
· Prepare Sales Invoices to process from Clarity to Sage Accounts.
· Order materials as required.
· Customer care / follow-up
· Other Sales and Marketing Activities as required by the business.
