Sales Executive

 

Description:

As a Sales Executive – Loyalty Migrations, your finger will be on the pulse when it comes to enhancing our offering, from renewals right through to cloud migration opportunities, you’ll leave no stone unturned to maximise our service and the outcome for our customers.
Your role will go beyond selling, you’ll utilise your knowledge to explore reinstatement opportunities and become a customer expert.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify migration renewal opportunities with existing customers (Native Cloud and Cloud Connected solutions);
  • Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities by engaging with customers and exploring their needs;
  • Provide the correct solutions for the customer ensuring they get maximum ROI;
  • Maintain a sales pipeline in CRM (SFDC);
  • Support other functions of the CFL (Customer For Life) team such as Inside Sales Executive (New Business);
  • Proactively pre call customers to reduce churn and increase cloud migration opportunities
  • Focused on customer success with value add engagement throughout the customer journey
