Description:
This provides consultative product sales and educational support for an Advertising platform to an assigned book of clients. Successful Sales Executives will be able to quickly build rapport with their Clients and establish themselves as experts in online advertisement. Achieving full compensation for this position will be based off ability to meet or exceed sales targets / quotas. This is initially offered on an 18-months fixed term basis (with view to extension).
What your day will look like (Responsibilities):
Contact new and existing clients (Advertising Agencies or Business Advertisers) via telephone, chat and email on a daily basis, identifying sales opportunities and providing these businesses with the best solution / product for their business goal(s)
Improve your client’s experience by driving optimal and appropriate product adoption to maximize their business
Manage a portfolio (book of clients) of SMB clients and take responsibility for growing revenue (by increasing product / solution sales and adoption)
Build and maintain a positive relationship with assigned portfolio of clients
Provide pre and post-sales assistance for all applicable products, including guided product implementation / setup as needed
Present yourself as an expert on social media advertising solutions to advise, educate, and support clients on their use
Provide vital product insights and feedback to the supporting Engineering team
Use a variety of tools to be able to properly communicate and drive client’s business to success
Own your success and work with colleagues and leaders to deliver for your Clients
