Duties & Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage with prospective clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking outreach, and online platforms.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential target industries and key decision-makers within organizations.
- Developing and delivering training & coaching to your sales team and supporting them in achieving excellent performance in their role
- Drive overall sales quality improvements and work along alongside the recruitment team to help deliver the best calibre candidates to our clients
