• Consultative selling skills
• Problem-solving and negotiation
• Experience with customer and territory management
• Knowledge of pricing and marketing strategy
• Fluency in English and German - additional skills in French, Italian, or Dutch preferred
• Degree or equivalent work experience
• Experience in business-to-business sales organization, preferably as a Market Developer, or 5+ years equivalent technical sales experience
• Occasional travel
