Sales Manager

Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and expert Sales Manager to join our team in the Ireland and take responsibility of the sales team, defining and implanting strategies to grow and diversify the business while meeting or exceeding the overall target.

In this role you will:

• Direct line management of the Systems and Solutions Account Management and Reliability Solutions sales team.
• Coordinate the Sales structure and resources to best support the growth objectives and set individual sales plans with the team.
• Collaborate with country sales managers to further develop the KOB3-business.
• Conducts regular performance excellence reviews with dedicated resources to ensure their performance goals are set and achieved, and development aspirations are guided and satisfied.
• Manage, develop and deploy sales operations processes and procedures together with the European business.
• Price Management. Understand the needs of the business to maintain margin while winning business. Active participant in the DOA setting and authorization process.
