Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy: Focus on developing and executing aggressive sales strategies** to achieve and exceed revenue targets within the contract period. This includes identifying new business opportunities and closing deals.
- Lead Generation: Proactively seek out and engage with potential clients, corporate partners, and event planners to secure bookings for our properties and event spaces.
- Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Media Management: Oversee and enhance our social media presence, digital marketing campaigns, and online reputation, with a strong emphasis on supporting sales initiatives.
- Content Creation: Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling, sales-driven content that promotes our properties and events across various platforms.
- Customer Engagement: Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and reviews, focusing on converting leads into sales.
- Market Analysis: Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies and capitalize on immediate opportunities.
- Reporting: Provide regular updates to senior management, focusing on sales performance, lead conversion, and revenue growth.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, with a strong background in media management, ideally within the hospitality industry.
- Strong sales acumen with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to quickly adapt and implement effective sales strategies within a short time frame.
- Creative thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage a flexible work schedule.
