We are seeking an energetic and experienced Sales Operations Lead to join our team. This pivotal role is at the heart of our sales engine, driving performance and ensuring operational excellence. The ideal candidate will own the health of our sales pipeline, ensure the rigorous application of sales best practices and lead our pre-sales team. What will you be doing?
- Owning Pipeline Health: Monitor and analyze the sales pipeline to ensure a predictable flow of opportunities. Identify and address bottlenecks, implement process that improve managing the funnel, and ensure accurate sales forecasting.
- Owning Sales Process and Best Practices: Develop and refine sales methodologies, ensure adherence to these processes across the sales team, and continuously seek improvements. Provide training and support to the sales team to ensure compliance with best practices from the leaders in the industry. Specifically, B2B and software-selling best practices.
- Leading Pre-Sales Efforts: Manage the team of pre-sales specialists, headed up by the Head of Solution Management. This team coordinate with the sales team to engage potential clients effectively, understand their needs, match them with Grip product benefits, and where required develop tailored solutions that scale. This includes managing lead generation and qualification processes.
Would be amazing if you:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales operations or a related field, with a proven track record of success.
- Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to manage a team effectively.
- Strong analytical skills, with experience in sales data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales automation tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
