The Director, Revenue Operations will join the Revenue Operations team and support PayPal’s continued growth and ongoing development of our Global Sales & Servicing organization. This includes leading and building a world-class team of Revenue Operations professionals supporting the scale and growth of PayPal. Our team focuses on an expansive portfolio of revenue-enabling functions including sales operations, program management, business capability optimization, program management, and many other revenue supporting functions. We are problem solvers obsessed with developing solutions to best support revenue attainment for the organization through the innovative use of processes, systems, tools, data, and policies that support our business. This is a highly consultative and collaborative global role in which you will consult with senior leadership teams in all geographies to identify skill gaps, make strategic recommendations, and lead revenue operations execution for the Global Sales & Servicing organizations to drive business outcomes. This leader will help build and lead the transformation of the Revenue Operations organization to be a world-class global function directly focused on the key areas related to revenue optimization, sales operational excellence, and strategic growth. This position requires your flexibility and innovation to create a world-class team capable of solving strategic and tactical business challenges.

  • Manage and optimize the central portfolio for Revenue Operations and all initiatives underway globally to help deliver maximum business value to our internal stakeholders.
  • Support the complex integration of business strategy and planning activities supporting the Global Sales & Servicing organization’s ability to engage with merchants and customers.
  • Create and manage the Revenue Operations metrics and KPI monitoring of all business performance measures to quantify the business value delivered for all investments and sponsored initiatives.
  • Initiate and provide sponsorship for key initiatives designed to optimize revenue attainment efficiency for sellers, improve seller productivity, and remove barriers to execution for our internal teams.
  • Build a trusted advisory partnership with stakeholder teams and leaders across the organization to understand their challenges and partner on building solutions to those issues.
  • You will have direct leadership experience working in large commercial and enterprise sales organizations who sell via channel partners, service providers, and system integrators.
  • Partner with cross functional teams such as Product Marketing, Legal, Risk & Compliance, Pricing, Sales, Customer Success, Sales Technology, Professional Services, and Sales Enablement.
  • Data Driven: Ability to use data to design and measure key performance metrics for a sales organization.
