Our SMB New Business Sales Team are responsible for prospecting, qualifying, pitching and closing high potential advertisers and marketing agencies for the TikTok Ads Platform. You will consult with decision makers to help them incorporate TikTok Ads into their marketing strategies, collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to develop best practices for client acquisition and sales, while building and managing a pipeline of opportunities, establishing new client relationships, focusing on revenue and bottom line business impact. Success in this position requires a passion for sales, supporting businesses, generating new business, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.

You will:

  • Prospect, qualify, pitch and close new business opportunities for the TikTok Ads Platform
  • Collaborate with marketing teams on lead generation initiatives
  • Build and manage a pipeline of business
  • Consult with decision makers and align TikTok Ads strategies with identified marketing and business objectives
  • Onboard new clients onto the TikTok Ads Platform and set them up for long-term success
  • Consistently reach or exceed performance goals, whilst delivering a best-in-class experience to clients

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience
  • Experience in sales and/or business development
  • Excellent verbal and written English and French communication skills
  • Experience in pipeline building through prospecting and outreaching to new customers
  • Must be able to handle confidential and sensitive information with honesty and integrity

Preferred:

  • Ability to think independently and strategically to propose recommended solutions to c-level executives and/or marketing decision makers
  • Proven track record of exceeding performance targets
  • Additional language skills such as German, Dutch, or Nordics speakers would be advantageous
