You are a Digital Sales Representative with experience developing and handling end-user accounts and reseller partners in the Nordics region! You have native level Danish and proficient English with a background in engaging directly with customers to drive renewals.

You responsible for managing and closing all assigned accounts renewal opportunities and business relationships in pursuit of an assigned revenue quota. you will be driving renewals of Citrix Customer Success Services and subscriptions within a list of accounts or in the Nordic territory.

  • Working with the most critical accounts for Citrix.
  • Identifies renewal opportunities by generating and analyzing license reports
  • Handle all renewal opportunities through using Citrix channel partners or directly where needed
  • Prospects consistently for license up-sell and cross-sell opportunities and engages Inside Sales and Field Sales teams to hand-over and develop such opportunities
  • Provides routine analytical and administrative support for customers and partners to guide them through their renewal opportunity and process
  • Supports general account sales strategies for named and focus accounts and prospects for cross-sell and up-sell opportunities
  • Promotes value proposition of upgrades and renewals to improve return on Citrix products and solutions
  • Handle and supervise all sales stages of the renewal opportunities
  • Experience working with Enterprise level customers is required. Ideally in a sales capacity.
  • IT environment experience preferred.
  • Good level of communication skills both verbal and written
