Key Responsibilities:

Sales Support

Analyze and produce weekly sales reports to support the sales team.

Processing orders and dealing with customer enquiries.

Collaborate with marketing to align sales and marketing efforts.

Assist the sales team with sales enquiries.

Monitor and analyze sales data to identify gaps.

CRM Management

Oversee and assist in the implementation of a new CRM system.

Take full ownership of the CRM system once implemented.

Responsible for running and analyzing reports from CRM.

Ensure teams are using CRM correctly.

Project Management

Collaborate with the launching of new products.

Manage the new product launch process from start to finish.

Liaise with all departments to ensure information is gathered to guarantee an on-time product launch.

Review product launches to identify what has been successful and what can be improved.

 

Experience Requirements –

 

Analytical and problem-solving mindset.

High knowledge of excel- 5-6 years sales support experience

Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant tools.

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
