Hartley People Recruitment is currently looking for a result-driven Sales team leader to join our Client Kilkenny. The team leader will be responsible for providing guidance, instructions, training and leadership skills to inspire the team to perform at their optimum. The team leader should create a cohesive team that works efficiently together to maximise the team’s potential. The team leader will ensure the team’s KPIs are met and exceeded. They will also be responsible for developing and tracking metrics for the customer and the team. This is a full-time position

Team Leader Responsibilities

  • Managing the day-to-day activities of the team
  • Setting of clear team goals and managing the team to achieve the company’s KPI’s
  • Developing and implementing a timeline to achieve targets
  • Delegating tasks and setting deadlines for team members
  • Conducting training of team members to maximise their potential
  • Empowering team members with skills to improve their confidence, product knowledge and communication skills
  • Conducting performance reviews
  • Building Customer loyalty and customer relationships
  • Contributing to the profitable growth of the company through a successful team
  • Create a pleasant working environment that inspires the team
  • Creating a culture of continuous growth and excellence in service
  • Delivering high-performing metrics for both the customer and the team that contribute to the profitable growth of the company.

Team Leader Requirements

  • Proven track record in a sale team leader positon
  • Minimum of 2 years experience is essential.
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Confidence and skilful negotiating skills
  • Excellent Computer literate skills
  • Strong organisational, Problem solving and analytical skills.
