Salesforce Consultant

Description:

Gather requirements during design workshops (led by the Solution Architect).

Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories.

Provide industry expertise in Telecommunications (Telco) and/or Energy & Utilities.

Support the architect in designing Salesforce Industries (SFI) solutions.

Configure SFI solutions, including OmniStudio, Order Management, EPC, and CPQ.

Manage project stakeholders and ensure smooth communication.

Lead and mentor a team of Developers.

Identify scope creep and collaborate with the Project Manager and customer on mitigation plans.

Lead sprint planning sessions and agile ceremonies.

Prepare and conduct Show and Tell sessions/Demos.

Support customers during User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Assist the Project Manager with general project activities.

Utilize project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Google Apps.

Develop user training documentation and support end-user adoption.
