Description:
We are seeking skilled Salesforce professionals with experience as a Business Analyst or Solution Architect to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead requirements-gathering sessions, engaging stakeholders to capture and clarify business needs.
- Develop comprehensive documentation, including use cases and functional specifications, to define requirements and validate them with customers.
- Monitor project progress and status, identifying and resolving issues that may impact timelines or outcomes.
- Design high-level models and user prototypes to validate business processes and solutions where appropriate.
- Maintain up-to-date technical documentation and records.
- Collaborate closely with global IT business application teams.
- Lead weekly Business Analyst review meetings.
- Develop a deep understanding of key stakeholders and business processes.
- Support testing cycles and ensure alignment with project goals.
