Sample Administrator

CLS is currently going through an unprecedented and exciting period of growth and development and is now looking for a committed and motivated Sampling administrator to join our Rosmuc lab.

Reporting to the Account Manager

Requirements

Food and Water sample receiving.

Log in of samples to the Laboratory Information System (LIMS).

Sample reconciliation with Chain of Custody.

Labelling samples to be analysed and filing of relevant paperwork in relation to samples received.

Liaises with the laboratory analysts.

Liaises with clients in relation to sample receipt and other queries with a courteous and professional manner.

Preparing documentation for validated results.

Prepares documentation and sending of samples for subcontracting tests for Microbiology clients

Compliance with ISO 17025, ISO 9001, INAB requirements and CLS internal quality and technical procedures.

Availability for on call/weekend (pre scheduled dates).

Additional data entry as required by the Account Manager.
