Sap Ariba Consultant

Description:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, or related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., SAP Ariba Certification) preferred.
• Minimum of 12 years of experience in SAP Ariba implementation and consulting, with a focus on the life sciences or pharmaceutical industries.
• Extensive knowledge of SAP Ariba modules and functionalities, including P2P, SLP, Contract Management, and Strategic Sourcing, with hands-on experience in configuration and customization.
• Deep understanding of procurement processes, regulations, and compliance requirements in the life sciences/pharmaceutical sectors, such as GxP, FDA regulations, and global supply chain standards.
• Proven track record of leading large-scale SAP Ariba implementation projects, from requirements gathering to post-implementation support, in complex and regulated environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex business challenges and develop innovative SAP Ariba solutions to address them.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage effectively with business users, IT teams, and external partners/vendors.
• Experience with SAP integration technologies and methodologies, such as SAP Process Integration/Orchestration (PI/PO), SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI), and SAP Ariba Network Integration.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and stakeholders effectively.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for project meetings, workshops, and client engagements.
