Description:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., SAP Certification) preferred.
• Minimum of 12 years of experience in SAP consulting and implementation, with a focus on FI-CA modules, specifically within the life sciences or pharmaceutical industries.
• Deep expertise in SAP FI-CA functionalities, including contract accounting, revenue recognition, billing, collections, and dispute management, with hands-on experience in configuration and customization.
• Strong understanding of financial accounting principles, regulatory requirements, and compliance standards relevant to the life sciences/pharmaceutical sectors (e.g., SOX, FDA regulations).
• Proven track record of leading large-scale SAP implementation projects, from requirements gathering to post-implementation support, in complex and regulated environments.
• Experience with SAP integration technologies and methodologies, such as SAP Process Integration/Orchestration (PI/PO), SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI), and SAP Application Link Enabling (ALE).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage effectively with business users, finance teams, IT counterparts, and external partners/vendors.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and stakeholders effectively.
