Our teams are communities of technology focussed transformation professionals who work together to deliver KPMG Powered Enterprise. Our teams use their functional knowledge and experience (e.g., Finance, Quote to Cash, Procurement, Supply Chain), coupled with their expertise in the cloud applications to lead and deliver client programmes, support pre-sales activities and develop improvement and extensions to Powered Enterprise.
As a SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) Functional lead, your focus will be on providing guidance and support on implementation of solutions.
Your experience, skills and capabilities;
- Extensive experience in designing and implementing S/4HANA (preferred) and SAP ECC
- Deep understanding of the functional process knowledge of several of SAP IBP Modules
- Understanding of SAP IBP integration with other modules in SAP and non-SAP systems
- Ideally familiarity with one or more industry solutions: life science, retail, banking/insurance, telecoms, agribusiness
- Experience leading and encouraging teams of technical consultants onshore, nearshore and offshore with our KPMG Global Delivery Network
- Excellent customer management and relationship building both internally and with the client.
Your key responsibilities as part of the team;
- SAP IBP solution blueprinting, including the presentation and articulation to the client.
- Identify key design decisions in business-led, SAP enabled Integrated Business Planning solutions.
- Communicate how the technology solutions proposed can enable the IBP benefits case.
- Collaborate with business partners to identify requirements and be able to translate them to business processes and technical specifications.
- Ability to configure and customize SAP’s IBP modules including SAP IBP for Demand, SAP IBP for Inventory, SAP IBP for Response and Supply, and SAP IBP for Demand Driven Material Requirements Planning (DDMRP)
- Proactively assisting in the management of a portfolio of clients and a pipeline of opportunities
- Be actively involved in business development activities to identify and research SAP IBP opportunities on new/existing clients.
- Providing mentorship and expertise on the industry standard processes of SAP IBP solutions to ensure the organisation utilises the most effective planning tools.
- Develop and maintain deep understanding of SAP IBP solutions, including its architecture, Functional capabilities and integration capabilities.
- Design and specify integrations of SAP IBP solutions into other SAP and non-SAP solutions.
- Shape and deliver projects to meet and exceed the expectations of our clients and our own quality criteria.
- Influence clients’ use of automation/iRPA
- Train, mentor and supervise team members.
- Keep up to date with the latest SAP IBP solutions, updates, enhancements and features.
